4. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Return: Send an explicit email request to info@aerovyn.shop containing your order number, product name, and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Label: Once our support team approves your request, we will email you a downloadable, pre-paid return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how to package your parcel.
- Drop Off Package: Print out the pre-paid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of your original packaging, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location. Do not send returns back to the original shipping address without our prior approval.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@aerovyn.shop with clear digital photographs of the issue. We will expedite a brand-new replacement package or process a full refund immediately at no extra charge to you.
6. Refund Processing and Timelines
Upon receiving your return parcel at our fulfillment center, our inspection team will verify the contents against our eligibility standards. We will notify you via email immediately regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be authorized immediately.
