2. Order Processing, Handling, and Transit Times

To ensure high service standards, we outline our exact fulfillment timeline below. Please note that all timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday morning.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the postal carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and an online tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update and display tracking information details online.

4. Delivery Address Modifications

We can only modify or update your shipping address before the package is dispatched from our fulfillment center. If you discover an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at info@aerovyn.shop with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot divert or recall the package.

5. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours. We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a complimentary replacement.
